At WoofTastic Care, we welcome all friendly dogs we can physically handle, but certain conditions must be met for the safety and enjoyment of all. Here are the essential requirements:

• Registration: Your dog must be registered with the council.
• Vaccination: Full vaccination is recommended to protect your dog  from diseases.
• Neutering: All dogs must be neutered.
• Basic Skills: Your dog should have mastered basic commands as we use them during outings, please do let us know if your dog hasn’t mastered their basic skills and we’ll work with you during our trial period to get them up to speed.
• Friendly Behaviour: Dogs must be friendly. Aggressive or out-of-control dogs will need professional training before resuming our services.
• Flexibility on pick up and drop off times: Our walks are scheduled from 8am-4pm and we group the dogs according the walk that is most suited to their fitness levels, temperament and residential address. We’ll endeavour to place your dog in a time slot that is suited to you, however, that is not always possible. We will let you know roughly what time your dog will be picked up so you have an idea of timings, however, due to the unpredictable nature of Sydney living, dealings with clients and pooches, this can change too.
• Easy Access to The Dog: To ensure fast pick ups while the dogs in the car are also kept safe and not waiting, we need to have an easy access to all dogs in our care and we do not mean to be rude or abrupt to cut conversations short because we do not like to leave dogs unattended in the car. We can however call you a suitable time to discuss anything you have in mind. We love to hear from all of our clients and we enjoy their company in our walks.
